Performs as they should.These are excellent paintbrushes! I just started getting in to paint by numbers at night as a stress reliever (surprisingly relaxing, tbh) and I never like the brushes that come with them. So I figured a midrange set like this would be nice. They are long enough I can grip them without having my carpal tunnel flare up. No bristle loss noted either in the week I've been playing around with them. They clean up easily without any problem. And there's enough different types to do any of the shaped number boxes on my paper. Especially since I'm working on a watercolor of a cityscape. Pretty, but annoyingly involved.I'm giving 3 stars for the quick delivery and the packaging was great. But these brushes were not well made. They came in the zippered case, but some were damaged. Plus I haven't even used them yet and they are losing their brush hair. Not good quality.Great brushes! I use them for watercolor, and so far they have been doing well: little bristle shedding and stray hairs. An excellent brush size range as well, useful for portraits and landscapes and everything in between. They also clean nicely: the paint has yet to stain the brush, a problem I've encountered multiple times with other brushes.These brushes are so beautiful. I dont know anything about them I get asked where I got them im not really sure. They make a big difference in painting water colors. I like they hold the water and the pigment. Definitely one of my favorite purchases. and there are a lot of good sizes in this bunch.Work well but are extra long!I was so excited to order these brushes, and then they arrived!! UGH!! The pointed tips were not covered individually. Instead, some of the nylon hair was bent over and literally out of shape! The brushes seem sturdy, which I am relieved! I am not returning the brushes. Hopefully, I can work them back into their original shape!These are some quality brushes. I needed long handled brushes for a different application, and these worked for me. I'm not an artist, but I can tell these brushes and way better than my model, watercolor brushes.These are a nice set of brushes for the price. I washed them in cold water first and haven't experienced any hair loss. Also a nice selection of sizes. I've used them with acrylic so far and they were nice to work with. Recommend as a starter pack or replacement brushes for artists if you don't want to spend a lot of money, as if looked after they will last a while.I love these brushes, I already have a set of these, but only half a set with the 4 finest brushes. So now I have the full set and extra brushes that I would normally use. I love using long handled brushes as did my dear late mother she used Oil Paints and then after Acrylics cuz they dried faster. I can now have fun with my new brushes and watercolours. The only bugbear is why send the brushes in such a huge box what a waste. Box could have been half the size bless. But that's by n' by. The brushes’ points kept Their shape and I was very happy with them.Brush bristles arrived inconsistent in length needed to trim the splayed bristles. Other than that they were shaped ok. Didn’t take long in the first days of use for the coating on the handle to start cracking and falling away/ dropping into the wet paint on the canvas. Not the best brushes but you get what you pay for.
